HOUSTON-Houston-based Braun Enterprises has purchased The Shoppes at Fry Road situated along US 290 from Corinthian Fry Road Investments. The two-building project measuring 40,000 square feet is currently 80% leased.
The property, constructed in 2008, has various tenants including Shipley Do-Nuts, Texas State Optical and Mattress Giant.
