HOUSTON-Houston-based Braun Enterprises has purchased TheShoppes at Fry Road situated along US 290 from Corinthian Fry RoadInvestments. The two-building project measuring 40,000 square feetis currently 80% leased.

The property, constructed in 2008, has various tenants includingShipley Do-Nuts, Texas State Optical and Mattress Giant.
