RICHMOND, VA-Grubb & Ellis Apartment REIT Inc., a realty fund concentrating on apartment investment, has shifted its headquarters to Richmond, VA.
The REIT is no more an affiliation of Grubb & Ellis and now becomes a separate entity. The firm proposes to convert its name to Apartment Trust of America Inc.
