ORLANDO-Inland American Lodging Group Inc. has acquired Dallas' former Westin City Center for $123,000 per key or a total of $50 million.
Inland American Lodging Group, a subsidiary of Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc., was represented by Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. The hotel has been renamed the Dallas Marriott City Center and is being managed by the Marriott hotel brand as a full-service hotel under a long-term agreement.
