HOUSTON-An investment group has acquired three REO office buildings totaling 25,000 square feet from Sterling Bank. The buildings are located at 25301, 25319 and 25323 Interstate 45 North in Woodpark Business Center in The Woodlands.
In the deal, Trey Halberdier and Rob Banzhaf of Bandier Realty Partners represented the buyer, while Ron Byrd of Coldwell Banker Ingram Group represented the seller. Bandier Realty Partners will manage the leasing of the properties. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
