NEW YORK CITY-Riverside Center, a 2,500-unit apartment projectto be developed by Extell Development at 59th Street and the WestSide Highway, is all set to get approval from the City Council.

However, there are issues between the developer and the UpperWest Side Community Board about the amenities. The developer agreedto build a 75,000-square-foot school whereas the community isdemanding two-fold size.
