NEW YORK CITY-Riverside Center, a 2,500-unit apartment project to be developed by Extell Development at 59th Street and the West Side Highway, is all set to get approval from the City Council.

However, there are issues between the developer and the Upper West Side Community Board about the amenities. The developer agreed to build a 75,000-square-foot school whereas the community is demanding two-fold size.
