HOUSTON-Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, owned by HCA, plans to spend about $92 million to renovate as well as expand its hospital having 595 beds in Webster. The construction of the project, which includes redevelopments to the Women's and Children's Center and a new patient tower measuring 154,470 square feet, will start this summer.
