SANTA MONICA, CA-Legal firm Gilchrist & Rutter has extended its 16,101-square-foot headquarters lease at 1299 Ocean Ave. in Santa Monica for $8.9 million. The lease runs for 10 years. Equity Office, a firm based in Chicago, is the owner of the tower.
