MILWAUKEE-Oak Brook-based Inland Real Estate Corp. has purchased a grocery store measuring 103,611 square feet from Continental Properties Co. for an amount of $20.7 million. The grocery store, situated in Menomonee Falls in a suburb northwest of Milwaukee, has been leased to Roundy's Supermarkets Inc.

The firm financed the purchase with a loan of $10.3 million for 10 years, with a rate of 4.85% as annual interest. Roundy's has a Super Pick 'n Save in the building.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
