SAN DIEGO-A local restaurateur, David Spatafore has bought asingle-story building measuring 3,000 square feet at 1701-1709National Ave. in San Diego for an amount of $840,000. Therestaurateur purchased the building from National Haus LP.
Spatafore is planning to use the building for a prep kitchen,and also construct an extra storage facility. Ryan Spradling andMike Morgan from Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented theseller, while Scott Aurich from Sun Isle Realty Inc. representedthe buyer in the transaction.
