DALLAS-A California semiconductor products firm, Maxim Integrated Products is planning to start construction of an office building measuring 140,000 square feet in Farmers Branch this week. The firm will construct the building at its existing campus situated west of Inwood Road and off Beltwood Parkway.

The new building, which will house nearly 600 workers, is designed by Dallas-based Corgan Associates. The building will have room for future expansion. The firm has its manufacturing facilities in San Antonio and Irving. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
