HOLLYWOOD, CA-A vacant area in North Hollywood's NoHo Commonsretail center has finally been occupied after nearly a year on themarket.

While details of the tenant remain unknown, a representative ofthe Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Group has confirmed that thenew tenant will not be a grocery or supermarket chain. The anchorspace in the retail center was previously occupied by HOWSsupermarket but was forced to vacate the space in February 2010 dueto low sales.
