NEW YORK CITY-A penthouse unit at Jean Nouvel's 100 Eleventh St. has been sold for $13.2 million to 100 Eleventh Penthouse LLC.
Despite being considered as one of the best buildings in the US for the year, the penthouse was purchased at a $3.7 million discount from its original price.
