NEW YORK CITY-Artgate Gallery has signed a 2,000-square-foot lease on the ground floor of the tower located at 520 W. 27th Street, between Eleventh and Tenth Avenues.
The lease, which also comprises a backyard measuring 1,500 square feet and a mezzanine spanning 720 square feet, runs for 10 years and the asking rent was $72 per square foot.
