Bailey and Cohn Buys Industrial Building for $1M

SAN DIEGO-Bailey and Cohn LLC has bought an industrial building measuring 11,400 square feet at 3955 and 3957 Pacific Highway in San Diego from 3957 Pacific Highway LLC for an amount of $1,250,000.

SAN DIEGO-Bailey and Cohn LLC has bought an industrial building measuring 11,400 square feet at 3955 and 3957 Pacific Highway in San Diego from 3957 Pacific Highway LLC for an amount of $1,250,000. The company will open a sales and service facility at the building.

Bailey and Cohn will move from its current location in North Park in Q1 2011. Tim Mills and Mark Lewkowitz of Cushman & Wakefield represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
