SAN DIEGO-Eddie V's Edgewater Grill, a Texas-based seafood restaurant, is opening its first California location. The eatery has inked a lease for 10 years with Allison-Zongker LP for 9,415 square feet at 1270 Prospect St. in Green Dragon Colony in La Jolla for $4,747,215.

The eatery will be opened in June 2011 for business. In the transaction, Cushman & Wakefield's Bill Shrader and Corinna Gattasso represented the owner, and Specialty Retail Properties' John Rigau represented the tenant. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
