SAN DIEGO-Eddie V's Edgewater Grill, a Texas-based seafoodrestaurant, is opening its first California location. The eateryhas inked a lease for 10 years with Allison-Zongker LP for 9,415square feet at 1270 Prospect St. in Green Dragon Colony in La Jollafor $4,747,215.
