Chipotle Mexican Grill will open its new restaurant, measuring 3,300 square feet, in a location previously occupied by Washington Mutual bank branch. Chipotle Mexican Grill was represented by Newmark Knight Frank. GNC will open its new facility in a space previously occupied by Innovation Luggage store. The new location measures 1,050 square feet.
