FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Restaurant operator Kalik LLC has purchased a 12,700-square-foot empty building located at E. Commercial Blvd., Fort Lauderdale for $5.5 million. The seller of the property was Stan's on the Water, Inc., which serves as representative of the Gus Boulis estate.
Peter Filomena of Reichel Realty & Investments represented the seller in the deal. The building sits on a 0.73-acre site and was erected in 1970. Roadhouse Grill restaurant was the most recent tenant of the building. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
