NEW YORK CITY-Czech bead products and rhinestones importer, Margola Import Corp. has extended its 7,000-square-foot lease for five more years. The asking rent for the 18-floor tower located at 48 W. 37th Street between Sixth and Fifth Avenues was $95 per square foot.
Margola has leased the basement, mezzanine and ground floor of the tower for about 30 years. Adams & Co. Real Estate represented both the occupant and the owner, Forty Eight Thirty Seven Associates in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
