SAN DIEGO-Beverly Hills-based Shapell Homes has purchased the western part of the Robertson Ranch situated off El Camino Real and Cannon Road in Carlsbad. The firm bought the acreage from the Robertson family.
The property has mater plan approval from the city for 680 single- and multi-family residences and a retail center in a village set up. The original plan was approved in 2006 and the eastern part of the property is presently under development.For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
