NEW YORK CITY-Colorado-based Spyder, skiwear apparel firm, is opening a shop in SoHo. The company has inked a lease for two months with Himmel + Meringoff Properties for 5,000 square feet at 411 Lafayette St. situated between Astor Place and East Fourth Street.
