DALLAS-Texas A&M University is working along with Arlington-based Realty Appreciation Ltd. to construct a mixed-use development as part of its extension services site on Coit Road in Far North Dallas. The complex will comprise offices, apartments, hotel and retail space.
The first phase would include 300 apartment units and a research facility. The project will have a total of 600 apartments, over 100,000 square feet of retail space as well as two hotels having 250 rooms and 200 student housing units. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
