DALLAS-Texas A&M University is working along withArlington-based Realty Appreciation Ltd. to construct a mixed-usedevelopment as part of its extension services site on Coit Road inFar North Dallas. The complex will comprise offices, apartments,hotel and retail space.
The first phase would include 300 apartment units and a researchfacility. The project will have a total of 600 apartments, over100,000 square feet of retail space as well as two hotels having250 rooms and 200 student housing units. For the fullstory, go to Dallas Morning News.
