NEW YORK CITY-Law firm Wolf Popper has renewed its lease agreement for 10 years with Rudin Management for about 22,000 square feet at 845 Third Ave. The firm occupies the entire 12th floor of the building.
According to CoStar Group, average asking rents at the buildings, situated between East 51st and East 52nd Streets, are $49 per square foot.
