NEW YORK CITY-Law firm Wolf Popper has renewed its leaseagreement for 10 years with Rudin Management for about 22,000square feet at 845 Third Ave. The firm occupies the entire 12thfloor of the building.

According to CoStar Group, average asking rents at thebuildings, situated between East 51st and East 52nd Streets, are$49 per square foot.
