GURNEE, IL-TA Associates Realty LLC is purchasing Amli, an apartment complex in Gurnee for $55 million. The sale of the 483-unit apartment complex marks the second apartment complex purchase that TA Associates has made this year.
The complex, located at Osprey Lake's 2025 Greystone Circle, is an 87-acre property. The apartment complex was initially estimated to be sold for $60 million.
