NEW YORK CITY-The planned project located on the Upper West Side recently received approval from two City Council committees.
The mixed-use project measuring 3.1 million square feet proposed by Extell Development Co. is slated to receive approval from the entire Council in late December. The planned project received the approval of the Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises and the Committee on Land Use after Extell Development agreed to construct larger school initially planned.
