NEW YORK CITY-The planned project located on the Upper West Siderecently received approval from two City Council committees.

The mixed-use project measuring 3.1 million square feet proposedby Extell Development Co. is slated to receive approval from theentire Council in late December. The planned project received theapproval of the Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises and theCommittee on Land Use after Extell Development agreed to constructlarger school initially planned.
