CHICAGO-Groupon Inc. is increasing its headquarters by about 57,000 square feet at 600 W. Chicago Ave. in Chicago.
The expansion brings Groupon's total occupancy in the Catalog House to 140,000 square feet. The company will be taking three new spaces in the building which include spaces on the seventh, third and first floors of the building. Groupon is also currently in negotiation for a 130,000-square-foot site close to the Chicago River's North Branch. For the full story, go to Chicago Real Estate Daily.
