ATLANTA-Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. has put the 1.1 million-square-feet Leo Burnett Building up for sale.

ATLANTA-Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. has put the 1.1 million-square-feet Leo Burnett Building up for sale.

Piedmont is hoping to sell its stake in a joint venture deal in order to boost the value of the building to nearly $400 million. The company has hired Eastdil Secured LLC, a real estate firm, to sell its stake, which ranges between 50% and 90%, in the skyscraper situated at 35 W. Wacker Drive.
