NEW YORK CITY-Pavarini McGovern is being sued by the owner of Cassa Hotel and Residences for fraud.
Waterscape Resort, the plaintiff, is suing the construction firm for $30 million in damages in the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Pavarini McGovern was hired by Waterscape to construct a luxury residential and hotel condominium building in June 2007 at 66-70 W. 45th St. Representatives of Pavarini McGovern state that Waterscape's claims do not hold any merit.
