NEW YORK CITY-The West 23rd Street building in Chelsea has witnessed a flurry of leasing activity since the department store Saks snapped up 28,000 square feet of space in the building this summer.

Since then, three tenants have leased a total of 83,000 square feet in the complex with asking rents ranging between $32 and $34 per square foot. Other tenants in the building include Anthony Lawrence, Tremor Media and Art Scroll. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
