NEW YORK CITY-The West 23rd Street building in Chelsea haswitnessed a flurry of leasing activity since the department storeSaks snapped up 28,000 square feet of space in the building thissummer.

Since then, three tenants have leased a total of 83,000 squarefeet in the complex with asking rents ranging between $32 and $34per square foot. Other tenants in the building include AnthonyLawrence, Tremor Media and Art Scroll. For the full story,go to New York Observer.
