Fort Lauderdale's Berger Commercial Realty and Winter Park's Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a brokerage and real estate management firm, represented the landlord in the lease transaction for the office space located at 900 SE 3rd Ave., while the tenant was represented by Howe Real Estate, Inc.
