NEW YORK CITY-A Manhattan restaurateur is about to open a restaurant projected for the Williamsburg waterfront. Ark Restaurants is about to complete a lease deal for a waterfront space measuring 7,000 square feet at the Edge, a 565-unit condo development situated at North Sixth Street.
Two other eateries, including a restaurant for the Northside Piers and a new residential development next to the Edge, also are being projected on the Williamsburg waterfront. The eatery will be opened in fall 2011. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
