HOUSTON-Brookfield Properties Corp. has bought Heritage Plaza in Houston from Goddard Investment Group LLC for $325 million. The 53-floor office tower measuring 1.15 million square feet is located at 1111 Bagby St.
Goddard purchased the office complex for $128 million in 2005. The tower is 84% occupied, and Deloitte, Tudor Pickering Holt & Co. and EOG Resources are the tenants in the building. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle.
