PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-Cohen Commercial Realty, Inc. has negotiated a lease deal in Palm Beach Gardens. Westbrook Partners has leased an office suite measuring 4,154 square feet at 3300 PGA Blvd. situated at PGA and Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens.
