MANCHESTER, UK-Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC has refused the demand of Simon Property Group Inc. and has asked its shareholders to support the pending deal to acquire the Trafford Centre mall in Manchester. Simon Property's demand was rejected by CSC when the firm sent a warning letter to CSC that it would vote against the shopping center deal.
