VICTORIA, TX-Lack's Stores Inc. and its subsidiary Lack Properties Inc. have chosen DJM Realty to handle the selling of real estate for a 380,000-square-foot distribution center and 14 stores located in Texas.
Lack's Stores had filed for bankruptcy protection in November 2010. At present, the firm is liquidating all its product stocks. The bankruptcy court should approve all realty sales deals. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal.
