MIAMI-Silverspot and MDM Development Group have entered into anagreement to open a boutique movie theatre at the MetropolitanMiami. The Metropolitan Miami is set to be the centerpiece of theMet Square entertainment complex, for which construction is set tobegin by 2011.
The new movie theatre is expected to have all thestate-of-the-art features such as projection and sound technology,high-tech sound panels, among others. The theatre will also featurea kitchen and bar for customers. For the full story, go toFlorida Real EstateJournal.
