NEW YORK CITY-Retailers are upping their expansion plans andsome of those new stores could fill the vacancies we saw during therecession, said Joseph Coradino, president of Pennsylvania RealEstate Investment Trust, speaking at the annual InternationalCouncil of Shopping Centers New York convention. The catchphrase atthe show, he said, was "cautious optimism," during a conversationwith's Ian Ritter.
