NEW YORK CITY-Retailers are upping their expansion plans and some of those new stores could fill the vacancies we saw during the recession, said Joseph Coradino, president of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, speaking at the annual International Council of Shopping Centers New York convention. The catchphrase at the show, he said, was "cautious optimism," during a conversation with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter.
