TAMPA, FL-RMC Property Group has negotiated a lease transaction in Tampa. Elite Game Speed, a training facility for professional and amateur athletes, has leased 9,000 square feet at 812 N. Howard Ave. in South Tampa.
The leased space was formerly anchored by Creative Loafing. RMC Property Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant. Elite Game Speed has NFL veterans Chidi Ahanotu, David Gibson and Luke Petitgout as staff coaches. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
