MIAMI-Goodyear Tires and Miramar-based Suntrade Imports have leased space at the AVE Aviation & Commerce Center fronting N.W. 57th Avenue and bordering Miami Lakes for warehouse/distribution facilities. Goodyear Tires has leased 24,000 square feet at the Class A 151,000-square-foot distribution facility for fiver years.
Suntrade Imports has leased 12,700 square feet for three years for warehouse and distribution purposes. Both companies have options for extensions, and they will begin their operation in the new location during Q1 2011. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
