BOCA RATON, FL-A Swiss manufacturer of fine watches, Ulysse Nardin has inked a long-term lease agreement to relocate and expand its US headquarters. The manufacturer will move into a 7,000-square-foot office space at 7900 Glades Rd. in May 2011.
The company has leased the space from PEBB Enterprises. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Jason Carros from Stoltz Realty Co. of Florida, Inc., and PEBB Enterprises was represented in-house by its broker, Jared Weiner. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
