NEW YORK CITY-Depending on which analyst you want to believe, holiday retail sales could range from fair to pretty darn good compared to the last couple of years. Faith Hope Conolo, the chairman of Prudential Douglas Elliman's retail leasing and sales division, has expectations on the high end of the scale, and says retailers will knock the ball out of the park. She spoke at the recent International Council of Shopping Centers' New York conference with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter.
