FORT MYERS, FL-Hope HealthCare Services has leased an office/retail space measuring 8,656 square feet in the Marquesa Plaza. The center is situated at the southeast corner of Livingston Road and Pine Ridge Road in Naples.

Michael D. Doyle of LandQwest Commercial negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant, while Clint Sherwood of Naples-based Investment Properties Corp. negotiated on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
