
MIAMI-Publix Super Markets, Inc., a Lakeland-based grocer, has bought a shopping center situated in Pinellas County named Madeira Shopping Center. Publix is a tenant of the center and operates a 39,667-square-foot store for a long-term lease.
Madeira Beach CRP LLC, an affiliate of Palm Beach Gardens-based Ram Development Company, is the owner of the property. Southeast Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the deal on behalf of the owner.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
